Adjustable straps. Non see thru skirt (lisa is wearing black leggings under this).
The skirt is generous and flowy so just focus on what size you  need for the Chest Area. Lisa is in a S (but would normally need a M). Lisa is 5’9. I actually can wear a Small I’m this and I am normally a Medium in dresses. I am 5’5” and I did have to have the length altered. We just didn’t want it to be to short on tall ladies. My seamstress had no issues making shorter.
